Welcome to our Edit Form Template | Formitize help guide! In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of customizing the display output of your digital documents within Formitize. Whether you’re looking to adjust the layout, change font styles, or add custom branding, Formitize offers the flexibility you need to make your forms and reports reflect your business’s unique style. By following these steps, you’ll be able to tailor your digital documents for a more professional, polished presentation that suits your specific requirements.
Click on Forms
Click on Existing Templates
Template
Choose the template you want to edit. Alternatively, you can import a template from the form bank or create a new one from the beginning.
Click on PDF
PDF Editor
Quite a few options to select from, the first is to decide on the base template display. Then you can edit the pdf settings
Click on Add Element
Here, you can customize the appearance of each element in the PDF output.
Click on the drop down box
Select what element you want to edit.
Our example is to edit the photos
We select Photo then click the target drop down box. Here we can select from the image questions found within out questions and answers set up.
Click on Photo of Issue(s) (formPhoto_1)
Click on align drop down box
You can choose from the options on how to display the element.
Click on right
We have chosen a right of page option in our example.
Click on Save Settings
Click on Copy HTML
